      You gain some decent experience, especially if you're new to the advertising world.

      Cons

      Long hours, traffic flow for jobs was sometimes slow and inefficient. Unrealistic client expectations often times the result of senior management setting unrealisitc goals.

      Free Soda machine, zero state tax

      Cons

      So many to say. Knowing that your boss and the owner are complete idiots and out of touch within the first month of working there was a negative. Bad pay, lack of support, a security guard checking you in. There are so many.
