Pros
Great environment to work in. Everyone is very friendly and easy to get along with. Zimmerman Advertising also offers great benefits as well. They also teach you a great deal about the advertising world if you don't know much about it already.
Cons
Like all advertising agencies, the hours per week will (mostly) exceed over 40. Luckily they pay overtime to compensate your hard work. I also have noticed that management tends place a lot of "last-minute" work on employee's which can overwhelm them at times.
