I’m not sure why anyone would write a positive review about this place. When it comes to “company culture”, employees here are not appreciated. This place takes talented, kind people in and overworks them to the point that they leave in shambles and are mentally unstable. Not to mention the pay here is awful for the amount of work they churn out of you. Entry level people making little to no money are working until 8:30-9pm. It's actual insanity. The turnover here is also concerning. No one wants to stay here because no one wants to work for a leader who tremendously lacks self awareness. There are other agencies that will give you the same or even better experience. Please do not work here. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
