Pros

The experience you earn at Zimmerman is unmatched. You will create some great relationships (because you spend almost 10+ hours a day with these people), but never let your guard down.

Cons

I would first like to add that almost all positive reviews you see are from new employees that were encouraged by HR to lift the overall company rating. The list of cons is seemingly endless, but I'll provide my top six. - You have no personal life working here. The standard 9-5, or 9-6 at Zimmerman, is nonexistent. You will work 50-60 hours every week, at a minimum, no matter what. - Vacation and personal time are practically useless. Even if you can take the days, expect to work! - Pay is laughable. Zimmerman will run you into the ground, all while offering you the minimal amount of compensation legally possible. And don't get your hopes up about a raise, promotion, or even a holiday bonus. If you're an entry to junior-level employee, the chances of getting these are slim to none. - Your mental and emotional well-being will suffer. You will also find yourself struggling to maintain any morality you once had. If I had a dollar for the times I stumbled across someone crying, I would have doubled my salary. - Leadership is not there to lead you. They're there to break you down and mold you into a machine. Don't get me wrong, some incredible people are working at this agency, but unfortunately, the bad far outweighs the good. You will take the fall for shortcomings, you will be humiliated in front of colleagues, and you will be berated daily. - SHADY business. The New Business team does a great job at pitching the agency with rose-colored lenses on ... unfortunately, clients soon realize that what they were sold and what they are getting are two VERY different things. Don't worry, though - Account Services will always have to take the complaints and bend backward to fix whatever misleading image clients expect.

Pros

Free Soda machine, zero state tax

Cons

So many to say. Knowing that your boss and the owner are complete idiots and out of touch within the first month of working there was a negative. Bad pay, lack of support, a security guard checking you in. There are so many.
