Pros

Great place to start a career in advertising and be fully exposed to all parts of agency life. I really appreciate the structured on-boarding for new employees with helpful, informative, and inspiring presentation from the upper management of each department. I am really impressed with the effort to make sure employees (no matter the department) understand how each facet of the agency works. I am also impressed with the helpfulness of employees, the kindness displayed to new hires, and the opportunities available socially inside and outside the office.

Cons

The turnover rate is atrocious, and CEO Jordan Zimmerman either doesn't want to know, or just doesn't care. Most of the staff is young and entry level because that means less money is spent on their salaries. Speaking of salaries, the entry level positions have some of the lowest starting salaries in the industry, without any dramatic improvements if you stay with the company (that's because executive management is hoping you don't). Even with the success the agency has found, and Zimmerman being one of the fastest growing agencies (and 14th largest with new clients all of the time, none of that success is being shared with the hard working staff. Jordan Zimmerman needs to open his eyes and do more to retain entry level employees, whatever the right formula for that may be
