Pros
Opportunity to learn, build, and advance my career. In my experience, knowledge and personal effort are rewarded as best as possible. Management team has excellent, long-term client relationships and a very deep understanding of the client's business, which enabled one of the best client:agency relationships I have experienced in my career.
Cons
Work/Life balance was generally good, though benefit packages could be improved. During my time there, the pros certainly outweighed the cons, providing a generally rewarding experience.
