Pros
Working at Zimmerman is an adventure each day. The environment is unbelievably chic and hip, as well as being one of the most organized and professional agencies in the industry. It's a pleasure walking in the door to work each day.I feel proud to be able to do my craft here with so many talented people around me.
Cons
The majority of the staff is quite young. It takes a while to settle into your own groove and align with peers who "get you" if you are in fact a seasoned professional. Once accomplished, it's a comfortable and surprisingly stress-free environment, regardless of the reputation as a churn and burn agency. I have a great deal of respect and admiration for the way the agency is run so impeccably and professionally.
