      awesome location (south Florida!) great experience (entry-level) several regional and national clients lots of eye candy good selection of media tools available company does a lot of charity work

      Cons

      company too focused on sales salary is A LOT less compared to others can be very stressful high turnover not enough parking not the coolest agency to work at

      Free Soda machine, zero state tax

      Cons

      So many to say. Knowing that your boss and the owner are complete idiots and out of touch within the first month of working there was a negative. Bad pay, lack of support, a security guard checking you in. There are so many.
