Pros
Young workforce, mostly compromised of recent college grads.. Is a good space to gauge your liking of corporate America and corporate culture.
Cons
Not a forward office space. Pay is not competitive nor are there bonuses, you can make the same money working fast food or retail store job. Middle management aren't true leaders & are all plotting on each others position. Employees are treated like children and you are constantly being reminded that you're expendable. You're a walking mat for clients and no one there is happy cause they are severely underpaid. No room for growth
