      There is an abundance of young talent and the work environment, though stressful, is casual and fun. This is a great place to get experience and learn all aspects of agency life.

      Cons

      The entry-level pay is not enough to live on in South Florida. Even though the environment is casual, management can come off as unprofessional.

      Free Soda machine, zero state tax

      Cons

      So many to say. Knowing that your boss and the owner are complete idiots and out of touch within the first month of working there was a negative. Bad pay, lack of support, a security guard checking you in. There are so many.
