Pros
Amazing program with high intensity. You learn so much more than you can imagine in 12 weeks. Each year the program is refined further based on past intern reviews. Jordan Zimmerman also created a top notch advertising program at USF so he's very committed to growing the next generation and prepping them for the advertising world. By the end of the program, you will be exhausted but equipped to get a job!
Cons
The intensity takes some adjusting for sure. It's a lot of information and a lot of overlapping projects. You spend a large amount of time working with your teammates - this can be really great as the hiring process is pretty selective, but there will always be conflict here and there when you're working with other talented people. Overall, not a lot of cons.
