the agency is incredibly understaffed and piles work on those who are foolish enough to remain. team members leave and are not replaced, you are just expected to absorb their work, continue with your work and take on all the new business that they can throw on you. Expect long hours in the office and little consideration for any of your personal time that you invest after regular work hours or on weekends. There is no comp time given if you give a weekend up for new business or a client deadline - instead.... Expect a sniping comment and unwanted stare if you walk in 10 minutes late due to traffic on 95. The fact that they refer to the agency as...The Machine... is the realist thing you will find - it is a cold, heartless, mechanized food processor of a machine that chews people up. It will never be satisfied. Do not work at this company. it Is an employees' market you can get more money and better work life balance elsewhere. Also the tag line of 24/7 Really - BELIEVE IT. They are not kidding.
