Pros
literally the only thing that gets you through working here are your coworkers because you get to commiserate on how much you all actually hate this place. i met so many talented and wonderful people across various departments and they are the ONLY thing i will miss
Cons
first time i spoke with HR they said the salary for this job was 45-50k. after i completed the interviews, they called me with an offer of 40k... i ended up getting it back up to 45k but they made it very difficult. they also trick you by saying that in 6 months you'll get a raise, contingent on "getting along with the team" and "performance". but everyone i spoke to heard the same selling points and literally no one got a raise after their first 6 months. there's also the hypocrisy of some people being allowed to work remotely and others being forced to come in to the office. no explanation or anything. i had gotten into a car accident and didnt have a rental car for 2 weeks and management got upset at me for saying i'd need to work remotely. i even got covid and was asked to work through having horrible symptoms but they literally don't care about their employees. another one is the super unbalanced workload. i got trained for a month until the person that was training me left. when i brought this up in my review i was told i don't ask for help enough. except that when you ask questions, management gets annoyed and gives you dirty looks. my manager also moved my seat because she "couldn't see me" and i "wasn't socializing" with my coworkers enough... am i at work to socialize or to get work done? i got along with my team perfectly fine and all of my work was always done. the month i got let go our manager asked "what's with all the socializing?". girl... make up your mind. we kept hearing how we had new clients, even had a tone-deaf townhall meetings just to say high level management got new "titles" but we all know that meant they got raises for the work that everybody else did lol but yeah they fired like 50 people on random friday and their excuse was that they "hired too aggressively" while actively recruiting new people... anyways. that day they told us we'd have our health insurance until the end of the month. which only gave us until wednesday of the following week... they also don't offer severance. just a sorry and a "maybe you can come back to work for us"
