Beautiful building, opportunities for quick advancement within company
Cons
Very outdated and archaic management styles that come from the owner and trickle down through upper and middle management. They take daily attendance of every employee that walks into the building, with the threat of being terminated if you show up just 1 minute late to the 9 to 6 pm in-office job 5 days a week. Horribly toxic culture and work environment.
