Absolutely horrible upper management, from bigoted to ignorant. They have a guy standing by the elevator to make sure you get there at 9 am and if you don't they send your name to the big boss's office and you legitimately can get fired over it. No wfh (unless youre the CEO's daughter or a select group of lucky preferds) Intern classes consist of mostly the kids of someone important, absolutely no diversity. Recently heard that the head of the social media department told someone that their department doesn't make social content (they have a couple of social accounts lol) they know nothing about what happens in marketing in 2025 Overall, many legitimately bad people (at their jobs and as humans) work here in upper management, unfortunately.
