Pros

A "pro": I've been able to maintain my job by working hard to cater to the government staff.

Cons

White ZAI employees on my contract are blatantly favored. Leadership provides amble development opportunities and grace in times of need to white employees only. Any employee of color or even an white employee who is an ally cannot speak out about these issues without being indirectly targeted or fired. It is a highly uncomfortable and draining contract to be a part of.
