My team is afforded significant autonomy by ZAI management to meet our customer’s needs. Division Management responds quickly to issues that are raised by team members. Salaries, under the constraints imposed by the government contract, are on par with equivalent positions in Federal service.
Cons
Due to the government contract based business model, opportunities for significant improvements in compensation for exceptional employees are not comparable to private industry.
