Pros
Building a truly innovative product that is well on its way to completely change the landscape of field service. Building a product of such complexity is challenging yet extremely rewarding. I am surrounded by really smart engineers and the team is always keen on jumping on to help wherever they can. Its a very fast environment with fast new product delivery timelines and the team and management make sure the work environment is conducive to keeping the team motivated and aligned.
Cons
The bar is very high, and its not the place for every one. This is the right place if you are open to continuously learning, being challenged every day and have a "lets get it done " attitude.
