Agile, leadership team is very mature and seasoned, emotional outbursts don't work here, high emphasis on experimenting and learning from any failures, very accepting of ideas and opinions. And I have an excellent boss! Zinier is protective of its people and ensures they are able to work well through the pandemic and wfh regulations. Managers are coached regularly to look for signs of stress and burnout that would otherwise be physically visible in an office environment, but now invisible in the wfh situation. People Team has been able to launch 5 new global projects in the last 6 months, and that is quite a feat!
