Hit or Miss - All the good people are gone now :( Oh how lucky I moved out before this all unfolded.. I am sorry for the ones that got impacted by multiple rounds of lay-offs. The management is still trying to figure it out at everyone else's expense. Definitely not a place to grow your career... unless you are in the newly created revenue team, I hear... For the folks still at this place: I feel bad for you.. Find your next job! Don't let your passion dissipate.. For folks considering joining this place: Even if you don't have any other job at this time, you might be better off spending more time searching for that job! It would take your career for a tail-spin, especially with these lay-offs or (badly managed) "pivots" as they call it... It is just a matter of time before the cookie crumbles...
