The ability to build and deploy apps rapidly to automate field service delivery is a very innovative approach to a market filled with old school tech stacks. The market is ripe for a second wave of disruption, and Zinier is well positioned to be driving change. What makes the experience the most rewarding are the people you are surrounded by. The team here works hard and plays hard. The environment is very collaborative, and the team goes after solving problems together as one unit. I have never felt cornered even when navigating difficult situations. The management team is very reachable and personable.
Cons
It is a global company with operations across the globe. That means we often have to do calls and work weird hours. Management does try to reduce such meetings as much as possible, but sometimes you just gotta get on the phone and get things done. Coming out of 2020, the company went through a corporate re-arrangement, and teams were restructured and reshaped. It was definitely the right move, to give the company the agility it needs to continue innovating and owning the market. This company is not for people who are not ready to go the extra mile, pick up the next block and keep building.
