Pros
Zinier is serving a market that is plagued with inefficiencies and old school processes. Field Service Automation is the future and Zinier's product is well regarded for that market. Highly engaged and expanding customers, and the new sales team is killing it. The market is large and is ripe for disruption. This is one the best group of people I have ever worked with. The culture is great, they look after each other and go after solving problems together as a team.
Cons
COVID year was a difficult and the company went through some restructuring. Even though many companies around the globe were implementing cost reduction exercises, it still took a toll on the team's moral. We are out of it, and on to bigger and greater things. Cant wait to see Zinier grow and dominate this market.
