It is a company that challenges your knowledge on a daily basis, which is awesome because it is never boring and you get to learn a lot from everyone and everything. At the same time, you have the flexibility of working from home and having a very supportive team in every department of Zinier. Another enormous advantage is the direct communication you get with the executive and management team. A very supportive and people-focused culture.
Cons
Time management can be a challenge as you need to excel in learning constantly new things, topics, and skills (which in my particular point of view is a pro more than a con)

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your feedback. Building a culture that seeks to bring out the best in everyone and challenge everyone to keep learning is definitely fundamental to our principles. We value effectiveness and transparency, where both of these are not just buzzwords but a way of operating on a day to day basis. We understand the struggles of keeping up in a constantly changing environment and will continue to improve on quickly aligning the different teams to be on the same page.
I have been very impressed with the recent steps taken to bolster the team and the foundation. There seems to be a very positive momentum and I can see the maturity curve.
Cons
We seem to be in the middle of the scale up storm. Prioritization will be key.
The base salary and bonus they offer you before they lay you off within 6 months
Cons
Have no idea how the CEO of this company is a CEO for ANY company. He is less knowledgeable than the SC's on his own solution. They promise you a certain amount of money for bonuses and then never pay them out. The management here is very unprofessional with extremely poor leadership skills. Within the first week of working here, they FORCED us to give them a 5 star review on Glassdoor. Insanity. I do NOT recommend working here, ever.
