      I like the work environment, team dynamics and profession career development. Zinier provides a supportive and competitive environment to learn and grow. Work culture is highly professional and good. Here everyone accelerate and help each other to deliver and succeed as a team. People team encourages a healthy work life balance. Exceptional leadership and expert mentoring. Management believes in transparency and make sure of sharing every win/failure/decision with all the teams through all possible channels.

      Cons

      Sometimes long working hours which I think is okay to delivery few functionalities.

Creating a positive environment where our teams are constantly learning from each other is key. We understand there are moments of long working hours and maintaining a healthy work life balance is something that we will continue to work on. Make sure to make use of your Z-Time every 1st Friday of ever month to decompress and re-align. Burnout is a reality, specially in this remote environment.

      Pros

      I have been very impressed with the recent steps taken to bolster the team and the foundation. There seems to be a very positive momentum and I can see the maturity curve.

      Cons

      We seem to be in the middle of the scale up storm. Prioritization will be key.

      The base salary and bonus they offer you before they lay you off within 6 months

      Cons

      Have no idea how the CEO of this company is a CEO for ANY company. He is less knowledgeable than the SC's on his own solution. They promise you a certain amount of money for bonuses and then never pay them out. The management here is very unprofessional with extremely poor leadership skills. Within the first week of working here, they FORCED us to give them a 5 star review on Glassdoor. Insanity. I do NOT recommend working here, ever.
