Casual office environment, Opportunities to work on projects outside of your job description. Downtown Boston is a nice neighborhood to walk around in during lunch break.

No mentor program to learn from others. In the office 5 days a week, no parking, so you must live near a public transit system and commute via public transit. There is little to no flexibility on work-from-home options.
