Pros

Good quality work is noticed and rewarded! The team is always open to new ideas, and one's role is never the same. I actually started as an online tutor, and eventually was recruited for a full-time position in the office. Team members support each other with different tasks, and the work is meaningful and rewarding. The workspace is also really high-energy and fun!

Cons

Expect to be really flexible - it's a demanding job, but worth it!

Pros

Great student base to work with, and all you have to do is conduct your sessions and document progress. They provide excellent course and practice materials

None that I can think of. Best job of this type that I have had

Pros

Casual office environment, Opportunities to work on projects outside of your job description. Downtown Boston is a nice neighborhood to walk around in during lunch break.

Cons

No mentor program to learn from others. In the office 5 days a week, no parking, so you must live near a public transit system and commute via public transit. There is little to no flexibility on work-from-home options.
