5moThank you for sharing this feedback. We hear the frustration in what you’ve described, and we recognize that the period following the acquisition was difficult for many.
During the integration, Zinnia did not always get the balance right between moving quickly and preserving what mattered to teams, and that had a real impact on the employee experience.
Since then, we’ve reflected on what didn’t work and why. We've made changes to our operating model all with the goal of being more thoughtful, transparent, and people-centered, especially when it comes to how teams are supported through change.
While this doesn’t undo your experience, we do want to acknowledge it honestly. Feedback like this is an important part of helping us learn and improve as an organization.
