5moThank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that your time at Zinnia so far has felt positive, particularly around work–life balance and the opportunity to do innovative work.
We also appreciate you calling out communication as an area to improve. We know that as Zinnia has grown and evolved, communication hasn’t always been as clear or consistent as it should be. That’s something we’re actively working on as we make changes to how we operate and collaborate. We’re aiming to bring more clarity and consistency to our communications and also bring in other channels like email and our newly launched Intranet.
