Remote Work. Decent pay and benefits.

Cons

Too many to list, I could honestly write an entire novel of the issues at zinnia. This company uses to be called SE2 Inc (Check out those reviews too btw...) here's the key points: 1. Chaotic and stressful working environment. 2. Extremely high turnover rate, not just at the bottom but at the the top too... 3. Little to no coding standards. 4. Enormous tech debt..code base is a mess. 5. Excessive amount of managers assigned to one project... 6. Lots of micromanagement. I highly caution against anyone considering working here... this place felt very much like a sinking ship.

Pros

They drive you hard and you learn a lot. Most of these reviews seem like theyve been listed by people who are afraid to put the time in to learn, or gave in under the pressure.

Cons

Learning curve is a bit high, but through conversations with employees you learn a lot.

Pros

Hybrid work is nice and sometimes we get lunch.

Cons

Disorganized leadership team that never come into office which causes low morale. Wheels spin in circles and promises get broken and nothing ever actually gets done. The elitism is through the roof- execs and senior leadership only talk to each other and do not care for their teams. My team has personally been the victims of terrible treatment from above. There is little to no mentorship or career opportunity growth. The overuse of AI is absurd- no one thinks for themselves anymore. There is NO authenticity.
