      Pros

      Best bank in Utah to work for in regards to job security. Management is in touch with their employees. Large enough to grow in yet small enough where you're not just a number. Recognized throughout the state as a reputable company.

      Cons

      Below average pay and even worse benefits. They seem content to let older managers/directors remain in their jobs even if they're not producing rather than bringing in younger/fresher talent. Most "higher-up" positions are hired from outside of the bank rather than oferred to loyal and highly qualified employees.

      Pros

      Great support from superiors on reaching goals. High level of satisfaction from building success in a branch setting.

      Cons

      Health insurance could be better. Benefits are overall okay. PTO is below what I would expect, and includes sick time which makes taking care of yourself difficult when you have to choose between enjoying a vacation day or saving it in case you get sick.
