      Pros

      Strong organization very dedicated to community service

      Cons

      Culture issues--toxic environments between employees and managers and the situations are not managed. There's not leadership development or training for managers so people get promoted and maybe they were awesome at their jobs but that doesn't mean they'll be great managers. I had two and the first had no clue how to be a manager. The second was great at first but the situation eventually turned toxic.

      Pros

      Great support from superiors on reaching goals. High level of satisfaction from building success in a branch setting.

      Cons

      Health insurance could be better. Benefits are overall okay. PTO is below what I would expect, and includes sick time which makes taking care of yourself difficult when you have to choose between enjoying a vacation day or saving it in case you get sick.
