Pros

Work when you want at your own schedule, mileage reimbursement.

Cons

Managements within Sales Dept aren't supportive to those under them when clients have concern or issues that is beyond an Account Executive roles such as payment issues, technicians, property liability, etc.. The managers of Direct Sales have no lesdership skill or background and instead promoted from within the company ladder

Great insurance (for union employees) Union Retirement contributions

Cons

The amount of micromanagement has dramatically increased since Ziply was bought by Bell Canada. It really feels like leadership is trying to make this job as aggravating as possible to make people leave.
