Cons
Training is insulting and belittling. They pay you for two weeks of reading and copy/pasting forms. The pay is beneath all of us. Instead of the company focusing on treating their employees right, they focus on sending up Chromebooks that won't even run normal programs. They expect you to have a smart phone to help clients but don't pay/reimburse you for them. They pick and choose who they want to apply the rules to. They tell you it's 90 days from start to when you can apply for other roles in the company. That's a lie. They will promote people without any amount of transparency. The company has so many stupid ideas to implement but aren't listening to what the employees want, which is to be paid a reasonable wage for what we're worth.
