Wrote software for email encryption products - Programmer Zix Employee Review

The highest levels of management (and even some director-level) don't know what they are doing. They think they do, they have a lot of confidence, but in the end they make horrible decisions. They are technical, with no project management or people management skills. No cost-benefit analysis is ever required for any project (big or small) they take on. They bleed money, all from poor leadership and questionable executive decisions.
