Pros
They provide great benefits including healthcare and paid time off. They base pay rates are okay, but nothing to brag about.
Cons
The company is not managed very well. Security is a joke there. A single rouge employ could easily sink them In my personal opinion, the inhouse line of products (things other than Microsoft) are no better than what you can get for free elsewhere. I'd go as far to say that some of them are actually worse.
