Pros
Some of the management people are fantastic; they listen to concerns, explain things as necessary, don't have totally unreasonable expectations, etc. As of the time I left in 2014, this includes the head of HR, Sales VP, and Finance Director, as specifically great people. Location at Cityplace is literally on top of a DART station, so taking the train worked out REALLY well for me. Free drinks (sodas, water, coffee) all the time in the break room.
Cons
Overtime expected during high-stress times, generally on a quarterly schedule. VERY unstable number of sales reps, with high turnover. The ones who stick it out generally stay for a long time and are well-compensated, but there's only a few of those. Not a lot of career advancement available. There is SOME, but very limited. Raises are available without getting a title change, but not guaranteed annually.
