Great company, one exception - Anonymous employee Zoetis Employee Review

Work/life balance is non-existent, cut personnel and do not replace, add responsibilities but very rarely offer promotions or opportunity to move Zoetis is a great, strong company with a message that's easy to get behind: who doesn't love making animals healthy? Most of the groups at Zoetis are easy going and fun to work with and for. The exception is IT. The IT group has been driven into the ground - leadership is non-existent, and only exhibited through temper tantrum throwing. Director level individuals fight amongst themselves constantly and will often express gratitude when finding out that a different person at their level is in the 'cross-hairs' of senior leadership...as you can imagine this does not promote much of a feeling of team work across the towers. Lots of back stabbing, LOTS of talking behind people's backs, and the only way to get ahead is to have no pride and kiss as much butt as possible. I would give the company 5 stars overall, but zero if you are an IT professional. This is where IT careers go to die if you have any pride or self worth.
