Going downhill fast - Manufacturing Technician Zoetis Employee Review

The new management seems to under estimate the complexities of the product and equipment. They do not value the people and it shows in many ways including recently laying off many key people who built this place and made it successful. New management seems to think existing experienced staff are the enemy and by cutting and squeezing they will cut costs. Since the company has grown steadily, a better approach would be to continue to invest in automation equipment improving and expanding on the experience we have.
