Pros
The compensation levels are decent.
Cons
1. Toxic leadership that is only interested in "yes men". There will be retaliatory actions taken should you express any dissatisfactions or a difference of opinion. 2. Failure to effectively utilize technical resources - one engineer was doing month's end closing for the site and another was doing cycle counts. 3. Failure to disclose on-site presence of a contracted engineering firm during the interview process. Thus, Zoetis engineers do not perform legitimate engineering work and are instead expected to function as business administrators. If you enjoy mind-numbing paperwork that provides no value to the business, this is the perfect place for you. 4. Failure to recognize staff for achievements that save the business significant dollars. Leadership will scoff that the solution was simple (yet no one else was able to come up with it). 5. I could continue listing issues, but you should get the point. Only join this organization if absolutely necessary and go in with the intent of using it as a pit-stop in your career.
