Pros
It was rewarding to have the opportunity to help establish the company as a separate entity before and after the IPO and work with sites around the world.
Cons
There was a strong awareness that people don't matter and employee development is only based on a popularity contest. Employees are not rewarded for good work with loyalty. Changes are made without thoughts to the consequences.
