Pros
Good pay strong mission and values
Cons
Still working out the kinks of being a newer company (7 years removed from spinoff from Phizer). Long hours, with many employees working under high stress. Not a lot of consideration for work-life balances Many processes, that are norms in most organizations, are not in place which makes getting work done across functions challenging. Several toxic leaders (within HR where I worked), some with a tremendous span of influence, exist and are allowed to operate as a "bull in a china shop" fashion. Several good employees (senior leaders) leave the organization because of these pockets of a toxic culture. Harmful cultural norms are allowed to manifest and are role modeled by toxic leaders... who often defend these norms as "the way we do things around here." Often other colleagues see these toxic behaviors in action but are often afraid to speak up to damage their in-group affiliation with the toxic leader.
