My last boss was the spawn of Satan. He called me the day I got home from the hospital with my first child to see how work was going. Six managers in 8 years, so you never know what you're going to get. Three horrific managers, one mediocre manager and two good ones. The training materials on the human side were great - there was always something new to teach and learn. The animal side never seemed to publish a new study. It made the selling process seem pushy and non-science based.
