      - benefits - people - challenges - opportunity to travel and meet interesting people - flexible hours Overall - very positve experience.

      Cons

      - lack of smart management decisions - many procedures not adjusted to country specifics, sometimes it does not work - using too much external consultants - they don't care about the company, neither employees - and defintely they are NOT experts
