Management undermines their employees, constantly pressures them to achieve beyond what is possible, rushes new employees through training, is not receptive to voiced employee concerns or feedback (and are often passive aggressive in response), company displays a clear pattern of political favoritism among those in the management positions, company's HR department is unresponsive more often than not, company lacks communication with their clients.
