There is no budget to do anything creative and only limited options for professional development. The leadership is Clueless regarding competition, product vision and marketing the products. Learn the products and the value proposition of the company before it is too late. Put people with a deep knowledge of the industry into your leadership team. Focus some investment on proven products - this lack of focus is costing the company the competitive advantage.
