Until the arrival of Pershing Square as major owner, Zoetis was a great place to work, the salaries, the benefits, the work load and the balance of life and work was just perfect. Don’t forget the career opportunities.

Then, when Wall Street arrived to get their slide of the cake, everything changed. It is normal that companies get restructuring initiatives all the time, but not as this one is driven. The persons that are leaving the company is the one that makes things happen, and only political positions are the ones remaining. My most admirable respect to McKinsey consultants that sold this plan to the Executive team are genius, completely irrational plan.
