Pros
Benefits are good, decent pay if you’re newer as to compete against Cambrex, if you’re one of the favorites you get unofficial & under the table perks
Cons
No protocol or guide for training, management has no idea what they’re even in charge of, policy’s that are only enforced to certain people, ridiculous and unclean uniforms that we have to share including socks, unfair and unequal treatment, very petty & full of slander, overworked with mandatory weekends, never know what time you can leave bc it depends on the work load that day and what goes wrong, machines and equipment are 30-40 years old, exposure to extreme chemicals, the medical response team and “nurse” don’t have a clue how to respond if they’re even available, ZERO confidentiality although it’s a “core belief”, coworkers are hypocritical, unsafe working environment although they claim the opposite, lab uniforms require goggles that are cheap and obstruct vision but nobody cares, promotions are not available equally or even based off skills….
