Pros
They have tuition reimbursement and good benefits.
Cons
After years working there I wanted to go back to college and asked if I could work part time. They said no. So I was forced to be leaving the company and told management I would be leaving before next semester. Right after they heard this they put me on an “improvement plan” which is basically where they micromanage you into doing way more work then needed. They micromanage even if you aren't on this improvement plan. Any way, I was told in one of my weekly meetings that I had the best numbers ever since I was hired in June and beginning of July. I went on a vacation and came back to being asked every day if I knew what day would be my last day yet. So I worked on seeing when the fall semester for college would start and I emailed HR my 2 week notice, almost a month in advance. I gave them this notice and I came in the next day and there was a meeting and I was fired. They said it was because I didn’t do what they had asked but coworkers had told me they were doing way worst work with no repercussions and were so confused why I was getting fired right after I gave them a notice I would be leaving. Anyway now I would be unemployed and attempting to go into a semester with no income to pay for it. They give you a lot of vacation days but only let 2 or 3 people off a day so your day barely gets approved. They add more and more things to do but don’t offer a raise to do the work and expect production to go up with this new work but offer you no training to do it. They are constantly hiring because people leave so often. They tell you that its easy to move up in the company after 1 year but I applied to multiple different jobs and never got a glance after 3 years and people there longer are still in the position they were hired at even though they applied to multiple positions as well. I referred a lot of people to them and all but 1 has left the company because of the burn out.
