Contractor to colleague pipeline is tiresome no matter how hard you work or how much initiative to learn you exemplify. I was told benefits would happen in six weeks, then six months, etc etc - almost two years went by. There is very clear nepotism and the company doesn’t mind milking their temp employees to the maximum extent, creating high turnover.
