Pros

Wonderful Company to work with. Sufficient (not necessarily very good or competitive or reasonable) salary offered at the time of joining Absolutely transparent in the process Wonderful clients No hurdles / pressures / extra work from company beyond client delivery Parties, celebrations, gatherings etc. all round the year Management folks are very polite and provides employees the absolutely honest opinion and correct picture whenever required.

Cons

No benefits as such except a very small share on ONLY employee's insurance. No insurance or other benefits for family where Zolon contributes. No 401k No Bonus No salary Increments, or they depend upon if client increases the pay, company may increase the salary

Pros

It allowed remote work. A placeholder until a better job becomes available.

Cons

My experience with this company was disappointing overall. As a small consulting/body-shop organization, there is a strong emphasis on keeping overhead low, which often translates into limited benefits and minimal job security. Employment stability is heavily tied to client contracts, so when a contract ends, employees may find themselves without a clear path forward. The management style felt highly micromanaged, which made it difficult to work independently and contributed to a stressful work environment. Communication and leadership support were also lacking. In particular, my manager often came across as inauthentic, and the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming rather than collaborative. While some employees may appreciate the opportunity to gain client experience, prospective hires should carefully consider the limited benefits, contract-dependent job security, and management culture before accepting a position.
